The Rundle Place AW20 campaign overcame its challenges during the trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Working with a reduced media spend, and restricted to in-centre display and social media advertising only, aims were redirected to get shoppers back into stores, including the implementation of a spend-and-win competition. The competition utilised the newly redesigned website to handle entries during the pandemic, replacing the traditional kiosk stands and physical touch-points of past campaigns.
